Beyond the Basics Connections – I will work with you every step of the way, from “save the date” to the distribution of final payments to vendors on your behalf the day of your event. Together we will customize your event with the details that you give to me, establish a budget, choose a vendor/venue, and meet with vendors. I will review any agreements you may have with vendors. You will be provided reminders and timelines which will make the process seamless providing you with a stress-free day. Getting Started Connections – Want to plan your event but don’t have time to search for vendors? As with the Beyond the Basics Connections, together we will customize your event with the details that you give to me, establish a budget, and I will provide you with a list of vendors to choose from if you so desire. I can save you valuable time and money by giving you valuable tips on what to do and not do. Event Day Connections – Have you already done the planning but want to enjoy yourself the last two weeks without the last minute stress? One month in advance, I will assist you with all of the final details to help make this a seamless event. I will coordinate with your vendors and venues to be sure your desires are carried out. On the day of the event I will be there to make payments to the vendors on your behalf. You will be provided with a timeline of the day so you will be ready on time! You will have just one point of contact - ME, providing you with a stress-free day.
